Insulgard – Twin Wall Polycarbonate

Insulgard twin wall Polycarbonate is UV stabilised sheet with exceptional physical properties coupled with excellent clarity. Its light weight and good thermal properties makes Insulgard the ideal choice for applications such as greenhouses, cold frames, industrial roofing and display boards.

Our flexible approach to production enables customers to avoid the need to deal with stockists or distributors and our cutting service saves time and money.

We supply sheet in a thickness range of 3mm to 10mm and widths up to 1200mm. Sheet can be supplied with a protective film on both sides to prevent dust and dirt ingression.

Fire Resistance - Insulgard has a class 1 fire rating when tested to BS476.

Conductivity – 0.21 W/m² °C
